The A320 Cadet Program includes:
– 0 to ATPL course (with a total of 265 hours of flight/simulator training and over 1.000 hours of theoretical training);
– A320 Type Rating Training (containing Ground school, 8 hours FTD and 36 hours of FFS)
– Base Training (6 Touch and Goes’ with A320 aircraft);
– Guaranteed placement in EU based A320 ACMI Airline operator (with provided Operator’s Conversion Course – OCC, Accommodation and monthly salary).
Duration of the training is up to 30 months, depending on the individual student’s progress. However, some students/pilots complete the training even sooner.
After being placed in the A320 Airline Operator, you will be free from any training bond related to the Airline, and you will also have the liberty to change airlines if an even better options crosses your way. During the A320 Cadet Program, we use a unique combination of training on an international airport with airline experienced instructors, using state-of-the-art glass cockpit aircraft, flying in multiple countries and airline-like operating procedures, to simulate the actual pilot job-related environment as much as possible. Our goal is to maximize your piloting skills and enhance your independence, to provide you with a comprehensive and accelerated path to becoming an airline pilot. We get you into the cockpit and flying already within 6 weeks after starting the training, so that you can start exercising piloting tasks as early as possible.

The A320 Cadet Program Fee and Payment Options
The A320 Cadet program, with a guaranteed placement in an airline comes at 125,000 EUR. This fee covers all the expenses of the Cadet Program (0 to ATPL course with MCC and A-UPRT; A320 Type Rating with Base Training and Operator’s Conversion Course) including all Exam flights, Skill test, Landing fees, as well as Medical certificates and CAA fees, without any hidden costs of additional charges (in case they will occur, we will cover them)!

a) 1-time payment up front (we provide extra 5% discount );
b) 7 monthly instalments or
c) 14 monthly instalments (the 14 months instalments payment plan comes with EUR 100 per instalment financing fee ).

Completed secondary education
Although EASA doesn’t strictly require formal Secondary (high school) education, you need to have English, Mathematics and Physics understanding to start the training, which is most easily provided by a Secondary (high school) education completion certificate.
Assessment and Document Review
Once you submit all the relevant documents we will assess and review it, to identify students who are eligible to start and will also complete the training.
Medical certificate (optional)
You will require a Medical certificate in about 2 months after starting the training. You can either do the medical exam prior to start or when the training is already on-going. We can book the medical exam appointment for you.
